It is an older property but it allows for a home feel. All areas looked and felt clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The biggest pro is that we travelled with large family and everyone was able to have their own rooms. The large common areas let people have space or gather together including meals. The pool and grill outside were a huge hit; the game room and theater inside were just as loved. Bring some bug repellent if you can't use the citrenella candles as the entire neighborhood is full of citrus groves and mosquitos despite being in a desert. We loved it for our long weekend.

It was a great place for hosting a big group had tons of room for everybody to sleep. Could use a little updating on fixing things and Maintenance other than that though overall property was very nice.

The property is very spacious and great for entertaining and housing a large group. Everyone was able to have their own space comfortably. The game room and cinema were very fun spaces for many to hang out. The only not was the temperature for downstairs was a bit warmer that the rest of the house while sleeping but the owner does provide small fans to connect if needed. All around it was a great experience checking in and out. Lovely neighborhood and nice house to use for a few days.

This home was amazing for our group of friends. The backyard was the highlight of the trip. It felt like an oasis. We all had our own space and enjoyed the ample fun amenities throughout the home.

If you are hosting a HUGE event with a lot of people and want a place you don't have to leave, this is it! I brought my Student Government leaders here last week for 3 days to plan our year and do some team bonding. The kids and I had the best time. The main table seated all 19 of us, so that we could run meetings, and then when I could see they were getting antsy, they all took a break by swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or playing in the game room. They all took turns cooking in the huge kitchen. I think one time I saw 10 kids cooking and cleaning, and there was still so much space in the kitchen. The location is perfect, too, if you are looking for restaurants, shopping, or pickleball/tennis. Salman (owner) was great! He is very quick to answer any questions that you might have. See you next year, Salman, for another Student Government Retreat!

Great property and host!

The Hope Street Retreat was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and comfortable with tons of things to do. Seven of my family, friends and I spent a four day golf trip here and could not be happier. Great property and host.

Beautiful home and property, great location!

The house was spacious and awesome for a big family. The kids had so much fun in the pool, movie theater, and games. It was clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We had a wallet left behind and he mailed it to us. The rooms were big with plenty of room. We went over Halloween and went trick or treating in the family friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend for anyone with a big family!

Beautiful home, amazing property owner!

We had such a great time. The home was beautiful, any time I was in need of contacting the owner he got back to me quickly. I would stay here again for many large family functions.

8 of us came to Mesa for a golf trip and we were very happy with this house All 8 of us had our own beds The owner was very responsive and easy to work withThe backyard has a great hang out vibe The bathrooms need a little TLC, but overall the house was great
