This place is nice but could do better we booked for 12 people and only 4 towels were left for us no more than 1 toilet paper in the bathroooms pool had no shade so we had to purchase a tent as the sun hits it all day no lights outside so that makes it not fun for the kids the washer and dryer are old dryer feels like it’ll fall apart ! Those stirs need to be repaired beds are great the AC wonderful could use better pots and pans and kitchen utensils I give it 7 out of 10

Thank you for staying at CC - Casi Cielo and for the 4‑star review. Sorry to hear the air was spotty and you found moldy bread — that’s not acceptable. We’ve shared your notes with housekeeping and maintenance so they can address the HVAC/airflow and reinforce pre‑arrival checks. If there’s anything that would have made your visit a 5‑star, we’d appreciate hearing so we can pass it along to our team. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.
