Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash goes in the trash cans located outside (must be bagged) Strip all used sheets/pillowcases and place them at the foot of each bed
Make sure all furniture is placed back in original location
Place all used towels in the bathtub near the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend, it was only 10 minutes from blue ridge and the lake right down the road was gorgeous. The property was very cozy and the host was helpful with any questions. There was a barbecue joint at the end of the street as well

Aaron was an awesome host! He let us know about a potential problem in advance and also kept in constant contact with us. The cabin was cozy, well-maintained and accommodated all 6 of us plus my two German Shepherds. I would definitely choose to stay with them again!

Host was very responsive. House was clean but front porch needed attention for a more welcoming first impression. Could have been a few creature comforts provided like hangers in all rooms, a bit more amenities in kitchen like a few more spices, a couple ziplocks, foil. Was a pleasant stay and location was great for our plans.
