Everything a diver Dreams about !!! The resort offers amazing shore diving with tanks available 24/7 at our dive station at the beach. 4 spectacular wall dives right off our shore. Hepps Pipeline (30 ft to 70 ft mini wall) and Hepps Wall (70 ft to 4000 ft Cayman Trench). Coconut Bay is a small complex of 26 condos set amid lush tropical gardens at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Access to two large heated pools with gazebos and WiFi with the best sunsets on the island. Cayman Divers Delight is unique as it is the only spacious end unit for rent with over 2350 square feet and extra windows on each floor! Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths set over 3 floors in this spacious townhouse style condo also offers a private covered patio and gas grill just steps from the pool. Coconut Bay Resort is in close proximity to Seven Mile Beach (1.5 miles). The complex, Coconut Bay, is quiet and would suit those who don't like the hustle of heavy tourist traffic on Seven Mile Beach but still want to be close to all the action on the beach. Guests enjoy discounts on Stingray Adventures (10%) for diving/boat trips/kayak and paddle board rentals. Dive training is available onsite through a resident instructor and can be done in one of the 2 pools. Dive tanks, gear, and outdoor shower area are available 24/7 to residents of the complex. There is nothing better than staying at Coconut Bay Resort, sitting on a lounger on the private beach area, and watching the sun go down while sipping a cocktail, then returning to the privacy of your condo covered patio and having a barbecue. People not keen on cooking can take advantage of the short, 100 yard walk to one of Cayman's top restaurants the 'Cracked Conch' and also their active beach Tiki Bar 'Maccabucca'. The condo, location and communication with property were superb. We are all divers so were able to dive from coconut bay as well as Maca Buca which is a five minute walk. I would definitely choose this location and complex for a future visit,

We loved everything about this property. The condo was clean and comfortable, the shore diving was fantastic and the other guests and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hopefully we’ll be back often.

The snorkeling is just steps away and the front pool with a water view was beautiful. We also enjoyed the short walk to Macabuca restaurant. The condo was nice but the beds are definitely on the firm side.

The condo is well appointed and has everything you need. The location is wonderful - far enough from all of the crowds yet convenient to get to all of the major attractions. And the owner Ed went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and provided information/recommendations to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Book and you will not be disappointed.

A Great Stay!

Had a great stay at Coconut Bay. The location is perfect…close yet just far enough away. Beautiful beach, 2 pools, great access for snorkeling/diving. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and tiki bar. The property manager and security are so welcoming. The condo is spacious and full of natural light. Our host could not have been more accommodating. Hope to return soon!!

Nice quiet part of the island

This is a nice part of the island if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place. The condo complex is very well maintained and kept clean. The condo too was clean and well maintained. A few small things need to be addressed but all in all a very nice place to stay.

Lovely stay with great diving from the hotel

The condo is very nice - clean, well equipped, and quietly placed by the smaller of the 2 pools in the complex. Instructions from Ed all very useful and check-in a breeze. This is a great place to be if you want a relaxing stay away from the whirl of 7-mile beach, but actually very close to everything. The shore diving is also brilliant from here - easy access, easy dive and plenty to see.

Comfortable and a great location

The condo was nice, and the location was great next to the Macabuca Tiki Bar (awesome location) and In-Depth dive shop. You can also walk to the turtle and dolphin center. The pool was nice but warm water in early August. Did not dive at Condo due to currents. Good location with car as close to 7-mile beach.

Perfect location for shore diving

Very large unit. Nice pool outside patio door. Great sunsets. Scuba and snorkeling from shore is spectacular. Friendly neighbors.

Amazing as usual

Fantastic 2 weeks spent in a great condo in Coconut Bay, one of the best developments on the best island in the Caribbean. Great owner and support, great facilities, great view... great everything. Thoroughly recommend but make sure not to book the dates we want as we will definately be back!

Relaxing pace

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 story condo. We spent time by and in the pool right outside the back door. We cooked meals and even grilled one night. The sunset views at the back of Coconut Bay are spectacular. It was nice to be walking distance from an excellent restaurant. There are plenty of towels and pool floats. For a couple of minor issues, the onsite property manager dealt with them promptly.

Thanksgiving dive trip

Perfect place to stay. We dove with In Depth divers as the property dive person was out of town. He put us in touch with In Depth which is next door. We had an amazing trip. Condo was easy to find and access. Easy drive to pier for meeting dive boat. Cracked conch and Macado just a quick walk away. Lots of construction around but didn't interfere with our trip at all. Good size condo for our family with all needs met with kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

I love Coconut Bay!

Ed is a great host. Property manger, Duncan, is the best. We loved the end unit with all the light from the windows. Unit was plenty big for 4 adults and had everything we needed. Grounds are very nice. Always enjoy going to watch the sunsets every night. We’ll be back.
