Hasan was welcoming and friendly. He lives below the unit and is willing to help you. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do. There is one thing to know. Parking during the daytime is easy. However, if you come back late as night, you may need to park a block away. Not a big deal, but worth knowing ahead of time.

Great location in the popular Fan District... close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We were also wanting to find a safe location close to our daughter's new home. Quite neighborhood with a nice balcony perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! It was clean, cute and the perfect location! We stopped with our 2 kids on our way to Myrtle Beach for a night. Check in was fast and the host met us to make sure we had all of our needs met. It was a short walk down to the shopping/restaurant area where we grabbed dinner, ice cream, and coffee. Host gave us recommendations and he was right, everything was delicious! We did a little shopping in some very nice little shops before heading back to get a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable, pull-out sofa adequate for the kids with plenty of linens, sheets super soft, nice hot water in the shower, everything we needed! We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed more than adequate to make a meal if needed. There is also a nice porch off the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Impressed with the value for the exceptionally clean & pleasant experience! If available for your stay, book it!!

My daughter and I were in Richmond for 4 days to visit my son. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious. Hasan happened to be there when we arrived and helped to unload our luggage! We felt very secure in the house and in the beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to the VA Museum of Fine Arts and many restaurants and shops. The beautiful Monument Avenue is just two blocks away. I would definitely recommend this and will stay here again.
