I rent three bedroom apartment on the beach of Itapoa well located near bakeries, pharmacies, loterica house, restaurants, snack bars, supermarket and shopping. Several leisure options nearby. Garage for two cars. Next to the Convent of Penha and Moreno do Moreno (five minutes by car). Next to the coast beach and Itaparica beach (five minutes walk). We offer wifi.

O apartamento tem um tamanho excelente, é bem antigo, é limpo, porém não tem segurança nenhuma! Os próprios moradores orientaram várias vezes que as portas tem que ficar trancadas o tempo todo, se não o apartamento pode ser invadido! No anuncio não há fotos da entrada do apartamento, que é horrível! No dia que chegamos não tinha água o suficiente, pois o hidrometro tinha sido roubado! Decidimos não ficar no apartamento! Não nos sentimos seguros, e não queríamos dor de cabeça, acabamos pagando um hotel para ter segurança e conforto! O barato saiu muito caro, pois não possui reembolso! A senhora Therezinha é muito atenciosa, mas infelizmente o lugar não é nenhum pouco atrativo e seguro, e não é porque o apartamento é antigo, mas o prédio é muito mal cuidado!

Ficamos 12 dias hospedados no apartamento da Dona Teresinha! Muito confortável, perto de tudo, ambiente muito limpo, espaçoso e arejado. A anfitriã foi muito atencioso e prestativa. Apesar de antigo o apartamento atendeu nossas expectativas. Fica bem pertinho da praia e de supermercados. A garagem foi um ponto negativo. Além de muito suja o portão da é bem antigo e é trancado por um cadeado.

Boa estadia. Ficamos 8 dias e o tratamento por parte da Locatária foi muito profissional e carinhoso. As acomodações e as instalações atenderam as nossas expectativas, eu diria que foi na " Medida Certa ". O prédio apesar de ser antigo, não comprometeu a nossa estada, apesar da portaria e garagem merecerem ser mais bem cuidados, O ponto alto é a localização que é bem pertinho da praia. Licinio.
