Easter holiday, fit Foot in the Sand.
Cozy apartment with full view of the beach, ocean, river and island.
There are 47sqm of living space (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with combined service area).
The apartment has good infrastructure, including the main items such as: frosfree refrigerator, gas stove, LCD TV, DVD player, fans, quadriliche and four extra mattresses, one orthopedic mattress and seven mattresses of D- 28 or D-33, built-in closets.
The condominium headquarters for apartment, the right of a parking space without demarcation, in order of arrival.
We offer guests, two beach chairs, a parasol, a thermal box, two children's boogie boards.
The condo is small and simple. It is located in the heart of Itanhaém, next to the City Hall and close to everything you can imagine (beach, kiosks, bike path, historic center, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, small shops, restaurants, mini-malls, , fast-foods and etc).
It is only necessary to take the car off the wave, to get to know other beaches or take distant trips. Except this condition, everything can be solved on foot.
For dates like Christmas, New Year and Carnival we practice differentiated prices on request.
