Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave Bed unmade, we will take care of the rest! Please toss used towels in the shower or tub and we will get them washed.
Keyless entry so will lock after you leave, please put garage door down by hitting the house button on keypad
Clean up after pets, place waste in garbage tote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties or extra guests at anytime.
Please stay on guest property only, do not cross over beyond fence in back, stay off landscape wall. Please do not leave children unattended outside.
Make sure you find the address on garage pier and go to correct home when checking in.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience! Stephanie was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Our teens especially loved the game room and comfy beds with cozy blankets. The master bedroom, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet was stunning. Great location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home! The view out of the kitchen window was lovely! Thank you, Stephanie!

This townhome was exactly as listed. Very clean, modern, pet friendly, new construction in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to/from the main roads.We really appreciated the detailed instructions on the TV and Wi-Fi operation. Stephanie is an excellent host with great communication. We arrived late at night and had some trouble getting the doors unlocked, but we spoke with Stephanie, and she resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes.

This home is unique, it is less than a year old that we built. Lots of amenities to enjoy and not have the worry of taking care of anything other than what is inside. Hopefully you will get a chance to see some deer or wild turkey off the back patio!
