Come and enjoy this upscale and spacious home located on Navarre Beach. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Beach Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances (Jenn Air and Kitchen-Aid), convection and microwave multi-feature ovens, walk-in pantry, blender, mixer, bread maker, toaster, coffee pot and coffee bean grinder. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access.

The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedroom has 2-queen size beds and connecting full bath with shower and walk-in closets. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoins bath with shower stall. The outdoor covered patio offers shower, storage, beach supplies and additional refrigerator for beverages.

Navarre Beach is located just 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, 12 miles from Ft. Walton Beach and 25 miles from Destin. The perfect location for your family!

We've been coming to Navarre Beach for 3 summers now and this place was hands down our best stay! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and of course the view was stunning! We loved that we could easily access the beach by just stepping outside. Spent most evenings walking the beach and watching the sunset and then on the deck listening to the ocean. Can't wait to come back here next year! Kim

The amenities were so generous..I mean extra toilet paper? A kitchen with everything? A store room with all the beach stuff? These were promises that were kept and exceeded. Never have we had that happen. Five stars for the host.

We had a wonderful vacation! We were a party of eight. The space was very clean and well stocked with appliances, bedding and seating. Not sure we would have comfortably had two sleep on the futon in the downstairs queen room though and the queen bed in that room was a bit noisy. Fortunately there were just two of us in there. We saw dolphins every day from the spacious deck. The location is perfect! Close to the pier and Gulf Shores National Shoreline. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful spring break stay with our children and grandchildren. This could easily be a 5 star review but the rental needs a little attention to detail. Location is excellent and beach is fantastic. The rental is very quiet; we seldom heard any noise from the adjoining unit. Kitchen and beach storage room both need some declutterring.

Wonderful visit

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view of the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Highly recommend this lovely beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Dolphin Watch. Everything was very clean and it was well supplied with the items you would need for 2 or 3 days. We had a problem with the washing machine they came out within a day and looked at it. They tried to do a temporary fix on it saying they had ordered a new washer for the unit. We did one load and it stopped working. They even offered to do laundry for us but we were leaving it 2 days so we were fine. We would definitely stay here again. The views and beach access were excellent. I would suggest they put some strips of hazard tape on the deck stairs. They are hard to see when it starts to get dark.

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this home!

This was a great property for our family. The location is great. The home had so many extras like toys/games, beach items, bikes, paddle board, and beach towels. We appreciated the elevator as we unloaded and loaded the car. The kitchen was also great. So many beach homes don't have pantry space to put your groceries and this home had tons of available storage. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
