Our house is in an environment of relaxation and charm, with stunning views over the bay of Portocolom. The house has a 1st floor with 2 double rooms with twin beds 90x2 and TV sat, 1 double room with bed 150x2, 1 bathroom with large bathtub, a toilet and bathroom with shower in the suit, with a modern lounge with tv sat, the kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor next to the pool is a small apartment with two beds, bathroom, kitchen and TV sat.
Throughout the house there is air conditioning and heating. Free Wifi.
One can enjoy an unforgettable dinner on the terrace, with views over the bay.
The pool has Babysecur system for the safety of children.
Next to the pool and the garden is a covered terrace with a barbecue and table for 8.

Well equipped villa. Peaceful setting but close to a nice little beach bar. Fantastic swimming pool. Would highly recommend if you’re after a relaxing family holiday

We travel a lot and this villa exceeded our expectations. Very modern, spacious and clean. Fantastic view. Fantastic pool and we loved the easy access to the sea. Friendly hosts. We highly recommend this place if you prefer to be away from the touristic areas of Mallorca.

Lovely property in a fantastic Location

Maria and her husband communicated with us throughout. We had a problem with our flight so ended up losing 1 night. Maria welcomed us even though we arrived really late . The property itself is magnificent, with spacious rooms and lovely pool. The view is breathtaking, especially when you're in the veranda in the evening and overlooking the bay during sunset. You will have to buy essentials including black bags, dishwashing liquid, etc. The air condition works great, and the black-out automatic blinds surely helps you sleep a lot better. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the S'arenal beach. Blue Bar and S'Arenal restaurant both offer decent food and drinks. Great experience overall, will definitely recommend. Thanks Maria!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Portocolom. Auch unser Haus lässt es ein Komfort nicht vermissen. Klimaanlage in allen deren Zimmern und eine sehr schöner Pool, in dem sich im Winter das Baden lohnt. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit für Anfragen da und Antworten schnell. Nochmals vielen Dank, lieber Tomeu. Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gern wieder.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Terasse mit Aussicht. Kleiner schöner Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit Restaurants. Komplett ausgestattet. Portocolom charmante Hafenstadt mit wenig Touristen. Schöne Badebuchten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche Gastgeber im gleichen Haus - bei Bedarf für Fragen verfügbar. Alles wunderbar, wir konnten schon morgens um 10:00 im Apartment/Haus einchecken. Die Lage ist für die jenigen die die Ruhe suchen optimal ohne dabei im irgendwo im nirgendwo sein zu müssen. Zum Strand mit 2 Lokalen etwa 50m . Morgens zum Brot oder Brötchen holen 1,6km Fussmarsch. Im Haus gibt's alles was man braucht, wer was zum bemängeln sucht der wird was finden, wie überall halt. Preis-Leistung einfach passend. Schöner Pool, gute Parkmöglichketen, Auto empfehlenswert. Was soll man sagen einfach ein entspannter Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung. Isz auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Es war ein absolut gelungener und wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung/Finca ist ein Traum. Die Lage, der Blick auf den Hafen und das Hinterland, der Pool und auch die Ausstattung einfach nur Top. Alles super sauber, ein problemloser Check-In. Für den Mietwagen ist auch Platz genug zum parken an der Strasse. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Toller Blick von der Terrasse und eine moderne helle Wohnung. Portocolom ist ein uriger Ort ohne großen touristischen Rummel und auch die Umgebung ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung/das Haus entspricht exakt den Angaben im Inserat. Der Pool ist relativ groß, der Fußweg zu einem kleinem Strand ist ca 200m weit und führt durch einen Hinterausgang im Grundstück durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Klimaanlage ist wichtig und funktioniert hervorragend, weil die Sonne am Abend noch ziemlich durch die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer scheint und entsprechend aufheizt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch die Kommunikation mit Maria und Tomeu via FeWo lief schnell und reibungslos. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann vielleicht die Küchenausstattung. Für 4 Personen okay, aber wenn mehr Gäste da sind, könnte es knapp werden. Gerne wieder :-)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe des Leuchtturms von Portocolom. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, man schaut auf die Bucht von Portocolom. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Den Swimmingpool konnten wir Anfang Mai schon gut nutzen und zum Meer sind es ca 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbare Villa in toller Lage

Wir hatten mit 7 Personen das Vergnügen in dieser Villa 8 Tage zu verbringen. Alles war supersauber, das Haus wurde unserem Wunsch entsprechend schon sehr früh am Morgen übergeben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig. Der Pool ist extrem gepflegt und sauber. Kleinere technische Probleme erklärbar durch die erste Vermietung im neuen Jahr. Wir würden dieses Haus sicher weiter empfehlen.

Super séjour

Le séjour s'est super bien passé, la propriété est top et la hauteur de la maison permet de voir toute la vallée. La piscine est très propre comme le reste du logement . L'emplacement est top pour une famille , il y a un accès direct à une petite plage juste au bout du jardin .
