Welcome to our modern 5b3b home in the south of Seattle. Previously a Guest Favorite under the property management firm transfer.
The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The home has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds (1 king +1 queen+ 2 twins +sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms, 1500 sqft. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance.

• First Floor: Main entrance; Master bedroom suite w/King size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. One guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and one guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Living room with sofa bed that sleeps 2, smart TV, kitchen, dining.
• Garage : Laundry is inside of the garage, also come with light exercise equipment and lots of board games!
• Fenced in front yard and upgrade garage for kids and pets to run around
