Ski-in/Ski-out 4 BR Beautiful Townhome Breckenridge, CO

This beautiful, upscale private townhome is nestled among pine trees on a quiet secluded street in Breckenridge - yet only a short 3-4 block walk to quaint Victorian Main Street shops & restaurants. True ski in at end of day to right in front of driveway. Gondola base is just a short ski/walk combination to carry you up to peaks 7 & 8 to start your day.
Beautiful mountain views are captured from the main level great room featuring gas fireplace, 46' flat screen HD cable TV with Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+ and CD stereo player - even board games and yes, we have Wi-Fi.
Dining room seats 8 and leads to deck with private hot tub and gas grill. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances including 5-burner gas range.
The main floor queen guest room is actually a 2nd master suite with cable TV, dedicated beautiful bath with large walk-in shower. Deck access to the hot tub.
A phenomenal upper-level master bedroom suite includes king bed, gas fireplace, comfortable window seat with mountain views, cable TV, and private bath with large vanity/double sinks, free standing soaking tub, & separate shower.
The upper level also has a queen bedroom with cable TV and private deck, a bunk room with bunk beds + a trundle bed, and a full hallway bath with nice walk-in shower .
Although our home can officially sleep 9, it is most comfortable for 6 adults and 3 children or similar combinations. The bunk beds are great for kids, but not recommended for adults.
Laundry room on the lower floor has full size washer/dryer, a one-vehicle garage, and room for parking one more vehicle in the driveway.
This is our second home - not a typical rental property - so it is extremely well cared for, nicely furnished and decorated. Truly an exquisite mountain property. More information available upon request

Christmas ski

We booked this stay for Christmas week!! Very nice and clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Ski in and out was nice but a short walk to gondola in the morning. Very close to downtown and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home and Great Owner!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Super convenient when skiing home (ski right into the driveway). Del was wonderful and addressed any questions or concerns right away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and stay in. House was extremely clean, organized and cozy. Hot tub was a huge bonus! A great ski vacation by all in our family!

Can't Beat for Ski In/Out and Walk to Town

If you want ski in/out and then want to walk into the town of Breckenridge in the evening, you can't beat this place. And, as the description notes, this is their vacation home not a rental property. It had everything we could want from a well-stocked kitchen to heated bathroom floors to separate towels for the hot tub. And if you do have an issue, the owner is very responsive. Definitely hope to return in the future.

Incredible property and location

We were fortunate to find this beautiful, well-decorated property. As we search for a home in one of the resort towns, this place has set a high standard for us. The ski-in/ski-out feature is genuinely convenient. Unlike some rentals, the bathrooms here are stunning and comparable to ours at home, with a steam shower in the master and heated floors. We enjoyed a 13-minute walk to dinner at Aurum last night. The check-out process was straightforward, requiring us to turn off everything and take out the trash. We are very grateful to the Nordstrom family for sharing their home and would gladly stay here again.

Amazing stay/Awesome location

Group of six friends had an awesome stay here. Property owner was easy to work with and answered any questions promptly, which on day one was very helpful. Home is beautiful, and has great views from the living room and master bedroom. Location is perfect, can walk to town, walk to gondola and ski right back on 4’oclock in the afternoon. Don’t even need a car, only time we used an Uber was on day 1 to get the groceries back up the hill. Heated bathroom floors are a nice addition! Hot tub was great, we used it every day and it definitely helped after skiing all day. Only thing I’d say to note is bunk beds are a little hard, so if you have all adults and someone has to draw the short straw staying in there it gets old by the end of the week. Couch is very comfy though if it comes to it haha. Overall highly recommended, would definitely book again!

Wonderful getaway to the mountains!

We had the best time staying here! The home is beautiful and rustic, just a short distance from the lifts and town. We felt like we were home. The kitchen is stocked with every essential, the layout was fantastic (especially the mud room being at the main point of entry), and we had beautiful views! I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very quiet location. You can ski in to within 30 yds of the house, and down to the gondola from the same spot. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was the best equipped of any house we’ve ever rented. Hot tub on the back deck was awesome. Nice gas grill. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The 6 of us were very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Fit our Group Perfectly!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids and this place had beds for everyone. Short walk to the downtown area for shopping/dining. Very close to the trail at the end of the day. Great views and amenities. The owner was very responsive and had great communication. We would rent this place again!

Great Location to slopes and town

The townhouse is just a short walk to the gondola station and an easy ski in at the end of the day. The house was well equipped for cooking all meals. We had plenty of room to relax at the end of the day and especially enjoyed the hot tub. Del was a pleasure to work with. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The only disappointment was we could not get the master bedroom fireplace to work. If you looking for a place that is easily accessible to ski and close to town that you can walk this is the perfect place.
