Peaceful Bay Side Retreat with Large Pool perfect for a family vacation

Our Place at Beach 206I is a bay side retreat that you and your guests will love! This condo just about everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is nicely furnished and spacious, offers Streaming TV thru Roku only and only a few blocks to the beach. It also has a screen porch where you can relax and enjoy the quiet wooded area that the property overlooks. This condo also has a well appointed kitchen equipped for you to cook and eat meals. This property has streaming TV through Roku. FOB for Pool ($50 if lost) NO towels on railing please.
The complex has one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City. The location is walking distance to the beach, plus it's close to churches, a number of great restaurants, and two grocery stores. The condo can sleep a family of 6 and rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 nights off season. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. No Smoking or vaping in unit. No Pets Please.

Great place at OCMD!

Check-in process was very smooth after we got into town. The condo itself is much larger than it appears on the photos, so that was a bonus! Plenty of space and screened off balcony was a beautiful sight, no bugs!

Everything was great. Good location walking distance to beach. There were 5 of us, with plenty of room. Pool closed a little too early(7pm) but other than that would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Wow, perfect location. Short walk to the beach, wonderful pool. Great size for a small family. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Seems that everything needed a good wash. The floors, the area rug, bed skirt, couch, just basically everything seemed to be lacking. The price point was right, but would pay more for a bit more updating. The location is unbeatable!!

Great Stay!

This was our first time using a vrbo rental - and we were all very pleasantly surprised! Wonderful space, so cute & beachy decor & very CLEAN. A bad thunder/lightning storm knocked out our wifi the 1st nite, but management fixed it quickly the next day. We did get the linen package-so there was enough towels for all. Also had a nice new washer/dryer which we used & that made things that much nicer. Really wonderful communication with management, and we had a great time!! Highly recommend :)

Great 1st time

Overall very happy with the property. Great size for my family of 5. Great location...close to groceries and food and beach. We were happy with the pool didnt spend a ton of time there as there was alot to do. If i could recommend ONE thing it would be to at least have a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms to start and a roll of paper towels. It was a long trip and to have to run in to use the bathroom and realize there is no TP was a little tricky. Otherwise happy guests here.

Needs a new cleaning crew

I was really surprised by how dirty the condo was considering all of the reviews saying how clean it was. I can do with outdated decors as long as it’s clean. Within an hour of walking around the unit our feet were black, and that is not an exaggeration. I would have cleaned it myself, but the only thing I could find was big bed killer.!?!

Hi Yalonda, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. A phone call to us would have solved the issue. We contract cleaners and if the property was not cleaned properly, we would have been happy to send them back to make you happy with the cleaning. We do not keep "bed bug killer" in our properties, I would guess that a guest brought it and used as a precaution. We have never had a bed bug issue in this property at all.

Some Issues

The condo was comfortable once we got in. The key code did not work, nor did the actual key (after waiting 40+ minutes for someone to assist us in getting in after office hours - and noteably unhappy about being on-call). Large TV in living room did not work, and had a very small (13"?) Tv connected to the cable sitting behind the large tv, which worked but did not have clear sound when turned up for everyone to hear. The living room ceiling fan/light stopped working completely late Saturday night. There were 2 other issues, along with the above that were reported while we were there. Someone came out to look at the concerns on Saturday, not with positive results. No follow-up or note left from repair person advising why issue couldnt be rectified.

Location is great. Clean. Negative is that you have to drive blocks past the house to get a key. Even if you choose to not get a key you still have to go there to check in and get parking passes. Keyless entry would be better

This condo was perfect for our long weekend beach trip! The location was very quiet even though it’s close to the major roadways, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool at the condo was perfect. We loved the screened in porch and all the amenities offered at this condo. We would definitely stay again!

We were only visiting the area for 24 hours (2 nights) of day time . The point was to use the pool that is so nicely advertised. They would not let us in due to "owners only" party that would last all day. After calling the MGT company , they did make a phone call to the owner and we were told it was 2 to 4 pm only and they were wrong it was all day and we were not allowed in. We should have been notified this in advance so we could have made other plans. Very disappointed that this was not communicated to us. It sort of ruined the whole short trip.
