Chef’s kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor dinning table and huge patio for a great time. Well-stocked kitchen & bathroom.

Single family house, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Centrally located but also private and quiet.

- Security cameras on site. Central air controlled by Nest.

- House 1150 sqf, with 7000+ sqf backyard, all to yourself. Can park up to 4 cars in the backyard. Automatic gate opener controlled with remote.

- The 2nd floor/Main bedroom: 1 king sized bed on the 2nd floor with Casper mattress, private full bathroom🚿, closet, designated workspace, printer and speaker. (Please note that the main bedroom has its own stairs and hence does not have a door.)

- The 1st floor: 1 queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 futon sofa bed in the living room. The other full bathroom 🛁 is next to the kitchen and side door.

- Patio: gas & charcoal grill, string lights, outdoor dining table, couch, umbrella, wheeled bar serving cart and trash hideaway.

- Basement: washer & dryer, recreation room.

- Kitchen: pots & pans, drip coffee machine, cups & filter, wine glasses, water kettle, blender, toaster, plates & bowls, utensils, mixer, baking sheets and more.

Great host, great home and perfect location for central access to the Maplewood area.The kitchen is not one of your typical kitchens. The center kitchen floor area is dominated with a 4'x9' table/counter which creates a wonderful place and command center to hang out. We had maps on the table (YES MAPS), coffee cups snacks tablets and phones, all part of our regalia for studying the area. I'm sure we'll be back.Everything else was as would be expected for a great home away from home - comfortable tv watching room and very nice sleeping accomodations.
