Within a 20 minute walk be in the center of a selection of many chic restaurants and clubs or should you wish a more private evening you can stay in and prepare a home cooked meal in your chef kitchen .The bathroom includes a bathtub marble floor and tiles walls all in a monotone ivory. Enjoy the AC, hair dryer, shampoo, and that is necessary for a hotel experience in a residential feel. All the bedrooms have luxury Egyptian cotton sheets,linen duvets, soft knit blankets for a relaxing nite sleep. Great for family stays or just a romantic stay for 2. We hope you enjoy what our place and a city known for their golf and tennis courts, luxurious fun days have to offer. The property has an outdoor living space for barbecuing,dining,or just seating and relaxing in the Miami sunshine and or under the evening stars....

Clean. Prompt response from host. Great kitchen and they had everything needed to cook meals. I stayed there to heal from surgery and there’s no stairs and easy to move around. Thank you!

Avelino is the sweetest host and is so accommodating. I booked this stay to recover fromSurgery and I really did feel so comfortable. House was clean and looked the same as the photos.

Great location ... Centrally located in Coral Gables ... we hopped around the neighborhood and went over to Miami Beach, too, in an Uber (25 mins) ... The flat had everything we needed for a long weekend with family in Miami.Main bedroom accommodated two people well. Smaller bedroom (one person) and a day bed (small half bedroom/alcove situation) with small closet, desk where my sister was able to stay comfortably. Entire place - particularly kitchen and bathroom - are all updated and well equipped.Host was fantastic! Very responsive, clear, and amenable to a few of our specific requests. Thanks Avelino!

It is a beautiful city with many historical buildings , homes ,museums, learning institutions , beautiful lush and detailed gardens .... endless beauty surrounds you.

What makes this property unique

The property is located in the center of a vibrant urban city but has maintained a charming historical savor. Over 100 years old , the building is full of surprises, we have focused on its restoration to slowly bring it back to its lovelyness. Hopefully opening soon to a bed and breakfast ....
