This beautiful 4 bedroom + den, 4 full bath, 2 car garage luxury new construction home has a short walk to the beach as well as everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day at the house! The kitchen and living area are light and bright with amazing amenities such as SS appliances, granite countertops, island bar and plenty of cabinets for storage. Our kitchen is completely stocked with all your essentials. We also have a gas BBQ grill on the lanai. Your master suite has king bed, private ensuite with dual sinks and walk-in tile shower. Walk out to private screen in lanai and take a dip in the heated pool or enjoy the spa. The lanai is perfect for sunbathing with our eastern exposure providing afternoon sun. When you're not enjoying all the amenities your home has to offer, you can easily walk to the famous white sand beach of Marco Island! We offer a beach cart, chairs, sunshade, sand toys and more to make those unforgettable beach memories! Don't feel like firing up the grill? No worries!
