Nice location. Very close to the beach. Clean space. Had to sit on hold for over an hour with VRBO because we didn’t receive the check in information and was not successful contacting the host directly. Once the host was contacted, (by VRBO) we received the check in information and everything else went smoothly.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re glad the location and cleanliness met your expectations. We’re sorry you had to wait on hold with Vrbo and couldn’t reach the host directly for check‑in — that must have been frustrating. We’ve followed up with our team and with Vrbo to confirm the check‑in messaging process and improve host responsiveness so future guests won’t face the same delay. If there’s anything we could have done to make your stay even better, we’d welcome any additional details via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

The kitchen wasn't stocked with typical staples (salt and pepper, etc) so be sure to bring those if you plan to cook.I've never had a rental without some of these basics. The hosts were very helpful with one issue we had with their newly installed dishwasher (not their fault).

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re sorry about the noisy neighbors one night and that the gate closed on your car — we’ll share both concerns with the property team and association so they can reinforce quiet hours and review gate timing/sensors. Thank you for noting the coffee filters; we’ll update the listing and the welcome book so future guests know to bring them. We apologize you had to call about the remote batteries — maintenance should have that handled, and we’ll remind the team to check remotes between stays. We’ll review the bed size and space to see about options for a larger mattress, and we’ll arrange for the extra bag in trash can #3 to be removed. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenience, location, and nearby restaurants. If you can share any additional details via your Vrbo message, that will help us prioritize fixes. The place was really nice and the location was great. It was clean and well kept. The bed felt more like a full size than a queen and was very tight and not the most comfortable. The wifi was very spotty and weak even after maintenance tried to work on it. We could not watch TV in the bedroom. Maybe a higher internet band speed and wifi extenders could be helpful. That said, the place was really nice.
