Beautiful beach villa

This was a beautiful villa inside and out. It had everything we needed for the week and was located right at the beach. It was close to the golf courses, dolphin cruises and plenty of great restaurants. The guide provided was full of useful information and directions. Will definitely want to return.

We enjoyed our Villa so much - very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, very nice updates, pretty views off the decks, with a partial view of the ocean between front villas, quiet area but nice sounds of music drifting from Dunes House on the beach in the evening. Great location to the beach, Dunes House, general store area - but yet it felt private. Pool was pretty and very clean. Great biking around Palmetto Dunes, which is a beautiful resort area. Our second time to the resort. We like visiting the marina area across the main road and the lighthouse area. Easy to contact the hosts of the Villa.

We had such an amazing stay ! The location was perfect , seconds to the beach and walkable to restaurants and the local marketplace. The house was very clean and had everything you needed, especially the kitchen ! We would absolutely stay here again !

A wonderful place to stay!

The property was as described. Exceptionally well furnished, very very clean and a great location! I seriously can't think of anything that wasn't absolutely perfect for our needs. We'll definitely want to stay here on our future beach trips!

What a Gem!

Second time we stayed here, perfect location to beach, pool, tennis/pickle ball courts and walking trails. Dunes restaurant is steps away. This accommodation is extremely spacious and comfortable.

My family had an amazing vacation at this property! Everything was extremely clean, and exactly as pictured on the listing. The location was perfect for us - just a short 2 minute walk to the beach (with easy beach access to bring wagons and all the other beach items ☺️), and the pool is in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again!

Villa was nicely decorated, super clean and quiet. Steps to the beach, tennis courts and bike rental. A full basket of beach towels was available for our use. Perfect vacation. Highly recommend.

Happy Thanksgiving from HHI!

This condo is immaculate and well equipped. We brought all the fixings for a great Thanksgiving meal and the Magnolia was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our dinner, sleep comfortably, and a short walk to the beach.

Great Rental!

This place looked amazing when I looked through the pictures. But it was so much better than I even expected. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is new, fresh, clean, and very well stocked. It’s a beautiful place to be located so close to the beach and close to being able to just walk and pick up the bikes that we rented. We will definitely be coming back!
