Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all lights are turned off and the AC is reset to 78°F before you leave.
Before leaving, please ensure all doors are locked. When you depart, lock both the front door and the screen door, then return the key to the lockbox and secure it.
Please ensure that any and all trash is removed from inside the house before checkout. All garbage should be placed in the outdoor trash bins located on the side of the house.

We had a great stay at this house! We stayed for two days with five other guests and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool. Mark was a great host and made everything easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This house is exactly what you see it’s a very beautiful home me and my children stood here and this is most definitely something we will rent again the kids just had so much fun in the pool on those hot nights if your looking for something to rent you won’t go wrong with this house beds are all comfortable when it’s time to sleep your family will absolutely love it It’s a home away from your home truly.

Marc was awesome. Very communitive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor kitchen was used everyday. The home was very clean even the bed sheets smelled dryer fresh. We will definitely return to this home again.

The house was exactly what was posted. The owner was very upfront with everything that would cost extra. The front TV was not working it could have been user error. It kept saying low battery and turning off but rooms had tv’s. Very cozy stay.

Our stay at Desert Oasis could not have been better. The home was immaculate and so very well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were most relaxing and provided welcome relief from the 94 degree weather. Communication and responsiveness with the host was easy. The kitchen was a delight with everything needed in terms of spices, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, etc. We will definitely be returning as this property is 10 stars.
