Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all lights are turned off and the AC is reset to 78°F before you leave.
Before leaving, please ensure all doors are locked. When you depart, lock both the front door and the screen door, then return the key to the lockbox and secure it.
Please ensure that any and all trash is removed from inside the house before checkout. All garbage should be placed in the outdoor trash bins located on the side of the house.

Our stay at Desert Oasis could not have been better. The home was immaculate and so very well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were most relaxing and provided welcome relief from the 94 degree weather. Communication and responsiveness with the host was easy. The kitchen was a delight with everything needed in terms of spices, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, etc. We will definitely be returning as this property is 10 stars.
