The main level includes a welcoming living room, a dining nook, and a study with a pull-out futon for extra sleeping space. A second full bathroom with shower is also downstairs, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave).
Step outside to enjoy a private patio with dining space and smoker grill, plus a separate firepit area for evenings under the stars.
Walkable to the bikeway, very close to waterways, downtown, and nearby a beautiful new local park.
