Hi, I'm a Texas native, moved back to Austin recently. This is where I lived for 6 months before buying a house a little further from town. I love sharing this place with guests because they can't believe how great the location is. And also, how green! So many trees and shade. You'll love it and want to call it your 2nd home.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a gem! It's close to literally everything that's awesome in Austin - downtown, SOCO (South Congress), Ladybird Lake, etc. It's so close to everything, that many guests use scooters and ebikes as their primary mode of transportation in town. It's tucked into a tiny shaded residential pocket, but miraculously minutes away from the 35 and only 10 minutes from the airport.
What makes this property unique
What's great about this property is it's layout. It's perfect for a mid-term stay with 3 bedrooms, and a home feel. You'll find folks walking their dogs, barbecuing outside. It's the best of a residential neighborhood, but close to the bustle of the city. Folks have stayed for months and felt like it's a 2nd home.
