Very nicely decorated studio. Quiet and clean with a beautiful setting. The host was easy to communicate with and an overall very lovely place. Recommended!

My wife and I made a weekend getaway out of a coworker’s wedding in the area and stayed at the Eppe’s House Studio. It was the perfect accommodation for a couple and the location was quiet with a short, easy drive to Farmville. Communication with the host, Stacey, was easy with quick correspondence. The property itself leaves nothing to be desired, it is very obvious that a lot of thought went into furnishing and stocking it for guests. The studio is attached to the main house but feels very private with its own entrance and no shared walls. This was our first time visiting this part of Virginia, we may plan another trip out soon and if we do I won’t look anywhere else for accommodations. It’s also worth noting the main house, also hosted by Stacey, is listed on VRBO as well and would be an awesome option for a larger group or family looking to stay in the area. Highly recommend!
