*New Fitness Center on site. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required and appropriate clothing.
*The Pavilion Pool will be closed Monday August 10th through Thursday October 15, 2026 for resurfacing work. Our Pavilion fitness center, bathrooms, showers, kitchen and BBQ’s will be accessible during the project but this will be loud and dusty work so those may not be a fun place to hang out. Our Beach access gate won’t be available, and pedestrian traffic will be directed to the public beach access at Keawakapu parking lot. The smaller pools closest to 26B will be open while this work is underway. Rates have been adjusted to account for this inconvenience*

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. Newly renovated and thoughtfully designed for short-term rentals, this unit was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed—without feeling cluttered. Home away from home
Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom. Several ocean/beach items available for a couple or a family with children wanting to enjoy what Maui has to offer. Beautiful 34 acres complex right on the ocean.

Beautiful and relaxing
We stayed in this unit for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. It is a lovely clean unit with all the necessities you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for eating in if you choose to do that. We appreciated how private the lanai is as we would eat our meals there most days. The option of walking to the pool or the beach puts this condo over the top for a great place to stay in Wailea.
I have no problem recommending this unit to anyone.

Spacious and accommodating maagement
This home was extremely well set up for our family of 4. The provided fans kept airflow at night to the living room (a/c in bedroom only). And our kids were very comfortable.
Kristina was so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
Beach gear was extremely nice to have. We have stayed with 10-15 other hosts / managers in the past and Kristina & Aloha are our new favorites! We will be back :)

Spoiled me for any other condo rental
We just spent a week in this condo, and we would happily stay there again. We found the unit to be so private and nestled away from other public areas (such as pools and BBQ areas) that it was an excellent spot for my wife and me. The building is fairly close to a road, but we usually had either the A/C or a fan on at night and we both slept well. I also noticed a white noise machine that is available in the unit, though we never used it.
It looks like the property company has priced the condo a bit lower than others in Ekahi Village because it is closer to the road, but we had no issues with noise and appreciated the great price.
