Guest Access:
Renters can access the community beach and boat launch by turning left out of the drive onto Sherwood Forest Way, then turn left at the red #65 sign. Continue down the road, pass the No Trespass & Private Stop sign to reach the waterfront area. Strictly NO TRAILER PARKING allowed in this area!

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
