Hi Carol, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay and to ensure that our high standards are continuously being met, the property has a walk-through after each cleaning. We were surprised by the comment "Linens were not changed", as these were new linens and had not been used before. - Where the furniture is a bit older, it is still in good condition. We have recently repainted and replaced the popcorn ceiling and are currently in the process of updating our listing photos to reflect these updates. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hello Ronald, thanks for sharing your feedback! The owners wanted to share the following: - We take the cleanliness of the property seriously and we are sorry you had issues during your stay. We will reach out to our cleaner to ensure the home is fully prepared for our guests. We also have ongoing pest control who monitors the home regularly so future guests shouldn't have issues with this. - We provide a starter amount of some supplies and toiletries such as toilet paper and 2 large trash bags in each bathroom. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies. Sometimes guests will leave their laundry detergent, paper towels and other supplies in the home. - The wi-fi login information is provided and posted on the refrigerator. The condos are sprayed on a regular basis under contract. - I have had 3 other families stay in the unit this month and not one has mentioned the TV. I have checked it myself and it is fine. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. We work with a professional cleaning company so all supplies are left in the home and are available to use for all of our guests. - We apologize for the TVs not working as the guests prior to you connected a game to the tv and did not refresh the settings when done. We go above and beyond for our guests and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays!
