Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please hose down water sports equipment and lounges after use and store at the rear of the house. Return all outdoor equipment including cushions to storage bins. Please turn off all AC units.
All garbage is to be placed in the large Blue Barrel at the main road (Queen Elizabeth Highway)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave kayak, rental dinghy, umbrella, beach chairs unattended on the beach, all items must be returned to the house after use. Washed
Garbage can be disposed of at the top of the hill in the large black bin opposite James’s house, keys to the property must be returned to James.
