This Silo District vacation rental is designed for families or small groups of up to 10 attending events in the Waco area. Texas Rose, your home away from home, features seven beds across five bedrooms and two bathrooms that are accessible without walking through any bedrooms, so guests who prefer to sleep in can do so undisturbed.
Start your day with coffee while watching the sunrise from the front porch rockers, or enjoy a quiet moment on the covered back patio in the fully fenced yard. Make coffee or hot tea with the Keurig, coffee maker, or stainless-steel electric kettle. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare breakfast, including a blender for smoothies. If you prefer to dine out, several options are just a short walk or drive from your home base.
Return in time to grill dinner on the outdoor BBQ, then dine on the covered back patio while enjoying yard games. Prefer to eat indoors? Gather around the eight-person dining table or the four-person island bar.
Located in Waco, this adorable house boasts 5 bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds (2 Trundles) which can sleep up to ten people. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, and showers. Full kitchen amenities are provided making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends if you prefer to dine in instead of dining out for each meal. You will feel right at home, enjoying barbequing off the large covered back patio with lots of room for children and fur babies to play in the fenced in yard. Enjoy outdoor games, Corn Hole, Ring Toss, and Giant Jenga. Safety gate, high chair, and portable crib (pack n play) available. Walking distance to Magnolia, restaurants and shops, and a four minute drive to Baylor University, your stay here will be nothing short of awesome. Four exterior security cameras available for your safety. Two on the front eves of the home, one at the back door, and one overlooking the onsite parking near the alley. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Gather used towels to laundry basket in front bedroom. Please no damp towels on floor or beds. Shut window blinds.
Leave front and back porch lights, living room lamps, front bedroom lamp, and hallway light on. Thank you!
Lock front and back door by pressing the check mark button and you will hear it lock. If locking back door from inside just lock the deadbolt on top. If using back gate near alley shut it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary guest will provide driver's license or passport with clear photo, prior receiving check-in instructions.

We truly enjoyed our weekend in Waco at this charming little house. It was in the perfect location…walkable to Magnolia, as well as many restaurants and fast food, and easy access to other areas in Waco. Check-in and out was easy and communication was so quick and responsive. We would definitely come back to this house again.

This rental house was very comfortable and we all felt like we were in our home. I traveled with 5 tennis players and this home was very spacious for all of us. Parking was excellent we were able to park our 2 vehicles in the back which had its own entry to the house. The house is in an excellent location. Everything is about 5 miles away or walking distance. I would definitely rent this home again.

Awesome! This clean, modern property was a wonderful place for our riding team to stay while attending a horse competition at the Extraco Events Center. Host did an exceptional job of anticipating guest needs. Kitchen was well equipped with equipment and pantry basics. Snacks and coffee were not expected but greatly appreciated. Communication about locks, parking, and other expectations was clear and concise. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future events here in Waco.
