A very spacious condo for four people. The water pressure was awesome! You don't find that very often in a rental. Location is perfect. Walk across the street and you can set your own beach gear up or rent chairs and an umbrella. Communication was top notch with the owner responding within hours. One suggestion is the patio furniture could use new cushions. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We highly recommended this property.

Amazing views of the beach and access was perfect with it being on the 2nd floor!!Some balcony furniture was broken (wicker was broken) and the couch and chair had stains in them. But overall a great experience!

Overall we loved it. The master bath shower could have been a little cleaner. All amenities were great. Would have been nice if the couch was a little more confortable. All in all, a positive experience. Would love the opportunity to stay there again.

We visited July 2026. The unit was lovely and met all of our needs. We did have an issue with the family room sliding door leading to the balcony. We could access the balcony through the master bedroom and therefore this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect our stay. Phillip responded quickly related to the door. The balcony is large with plenty of seating. For awareness this unit is on the second floor with beautiful oceanfront views. The only negative is the street noise especially in the evening. If you enjoy people watching, trucks honking, and tons of golf carts you’ll enjoy this view. It does calm down at a reasonable hour and didn’t impact our sleep. Overall a beautiful condo with many amenities on the property for families to enjoy.

Great stay

Wonderful place to stay, plenty of space, great communication from the owner. Plenty of furniture on the patio for a family to sit and enjoy the view. Everything is up to date, beds are comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed this home. Would come back again without a second thought.
