Upon check out, I don’t have any hard rules. However, it’s always appreciated if my guests take out their garbage. Trash can outside, place dirty towels in tub and lock front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. $450 fee if rule violation
Non smoking property. Inside and on property. $250 charge added if smoking anything!
Never flush wipes or anything down toilet
