Family vacation

Our stay was great! Only thing I wish it had more dishes to cook with. It was far from stores or the beach. Definitely would book again and recommend to family members as well.

The only complaint was the television. Cable would have sure been nice to have. Other than that, the condo was really nice. The lady that oversees the property was very nice. There is ample parking. Condo was very clean.

Upon the moment we arrive and opened the door we were hit in the face with smoke. It smelled like someone had just lit a cigarette inside. Master bathroom tub was broken, couldn’t shower. Had to use the hallway bathroom. Needs new furniture. When sitting on the sofa and chair is like sitting on the floor. Bed in Master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Also was annoyed and unhappy having to have sleep interrupted due to painting crew. For the first 2-3 days they were painting. Then we had to move our vehicles due to them pressure washing the property. We were away on vacation, but we wasn’t relaxed.

Overall the stay was good. Everything was conveniently located. The property could've been a little cleaner but it was worth the trip. We'll most definitely stay again.

The house was great, bot having normal tv sucked. No washer or dryer. And the house was not clean. The refrigerator was dirt. But over all itwas okay.

Location and Parking

Location was not too far out, just perfect to get away from the rush of Gulfport traffic, comfortable beds and great parking for my autos. The kid and I played out back in the yard. Great Weather also. Thank you to the Nguyens.

Place was fine, not great.

When we arrived the stove top was dirty and so was the kitchen table. Furniture was just so so. Sparsely decorated. We were escaping hurricane Ida so it served its purpose. Everything else was clean. Really only for 4 people.

We arrived later in the evening only to find dirty bathrooms, dirty sheets, and dirty towels. Dead bugs in the kitchen. Tubs had hair and scum it had on it or been cleaned at all.

Efficient rental for a short stay

Location and neighborhood are convenient and safe. Rental was clean except for the fridge but we didn't use it so it was no bother. Furniture was rather sparse, plus all ceiling fans have been removed. Overall it was efficient for a quick trip but not for a longer stay.

Nice place after repairs were made.

We did enjoy our stay after the air conditioner was repaired and the plumbing checked. House had basics and was clean, but could have used a few extras like lamps and some instructions on TV. Not everyone has or uses Ruko, we finally were able to use it after some aggravation. Would probably stay there again but with more info on hand as to who to call for help.

This condo was not cleaned very well. It apparently doesn't get rented often because it was extremely musty. I believe its been vacant for a while as well as poor housekeeping. Dirt and dust all over floors and window sills, toilet rims and seats were not sanitary. Bedding and pillows were musty and stale so much so my wifes allergies prevented us from getting any sleep from all the coughing and sneezing. 3 night stay and we left after the first night to a hotel.
