This warm, sprawling single-level home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish getaway. Enjoy cozy evenings by the stone fireplace in the main living room or unwind in the family room with a movie. The home features two spacious master suites with king-sized beds, one of which includes a dedicated office space. There's also a king bedroom and a bunk room for four children.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, bikes, a private hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, and two decks with built-in seating. Guests receive SHARC/Recreational Plus Passes (10). Please note, there's no cable TV, but streaming devices are available for entertainment.
Ideally located near Sunriver's popular amenities and nestled in the pines, 15 Lassen Ln offers a perfect retreat for relaxation and fun. Please be aware that the home is near an active railroad; train whistles are infrequent, with 2-4 trips per day on average.
