The house was plenty big for us with a nice deck to enjoy sitting outside. We liked the location, easy to walk to Olde Town Arvada, the park and Jakes Roadhouse for bbq.The house feels very private. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. We'd like to go back next summer!

We used this house for a quick overnight--the directions to the location were clear (trust them), the parking was plentiful, the house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied--the location is a little quirky and the house is older with creaking floors etc, but would happy stay here again!

Everything was great except one thing. I was in Denver to a lung specialist and the house was overloaded with plug ins and it was way to strong for us. I had to either turn them down or unplugged them. Thank you for the stay, we enjoyed the beautiful house!
