We did not have any pets. Easy to check in , great location for the event we were attending. Easy access to Stores, ect. Very comfortable beds. Would use this location again. Gilberto, site manager was very attentive.

Host was very responsive to questions during booking. Overall the stay was pleasant except for some minor details. Not enough toilet paper or any toiletries, no blankets provided, and some furniture needs to be repaired.

4 adults only 4 towels had to wash several times and the dryer had to be turned on several times to get dry. I would not stay here again. Apparently the house is a work in progress. It was not the experience I have been used to with VRBO.

The house was clean & neat but VERY minimal supplies! We had 5 adults for 5 days & the property says it sleeps 7. Accomodations were fine & comfortable, however, we were provided with 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. We found.a few extra towels in the office. The kitchen had zero dish towels, zero pot holders, no toaster, no can opener, 4 plates & 4 bowls. So it just needs more supplies! Other than that it was fine. Host was quickly responsive when we had an issue with the heat.

The property was just what we were looking for during OU/TX and the listing was accurate. We were looking for a place to sleep/get ready/eat in between activities that wasn’t too far from any place we wanted to go for OU/TX. Everywhere we went for OU/TX activities was a 15-30-minute drive, but that was expected. It was decorated quite simply, but again, we knew what we were booking, and it matched what we wanted. The only negative was that we did see a few bugs in the kitchen, but overall, the cleanliness was good and that’s hard to avoid at times.
