What a great stay. Matt was so easy to deal with and responded immediately to any questions we had. Check in was so easy and the place was amazing for our family. There was so much room and the pool and playground were a hit with our granddaughter. The kitchen was perfect for our large family to cook in. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Very clean and comfortable home. Close to everything in Tampa in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and pool area is amazing. We were able to use the pool during to cold weekend weather thanks to the pool heater. We were also able to utilize the pellet smoker. This is a great place to stay for a large family. Matt was great with communication highly suggest this property

The home although fixed up after the horrible flood of 2024 you still smell sewer throughout the house once you turn on the AC it helps it but when it cycles off and starts over again, the smell is terrible. They also brought in a used oven which broke down in the middle of Thanksgiving
