Nebulae Loft is a contemporary architecture and design experience, created for guests who want to stay in a space that feels different, comfortable, and full of character. Surrounded by trees, the loft offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, it features two balconies, a terrace with a firepit, a jacuzzi, and a BBQ area, ideal for enjoying and sharing. The property includes a gate and private parking. Events allowed with prior authorization. The property offers keyless entrance, allowing flexible arrival at any time. The loft is rented exclusively as a private unit. Other residences and the Alianz architecture office are located within the same gated complex, at a distance of approximately 75 meters, and do not interfere with the guest experience. The property features spacious green areas and shared outdoor spaces within the complex. On weekends, weddings or private events may take place in designated areas approximately 90 meters away, with limited duration and occasional fireworks in the evening. To maintain a calm environment, loud music is not permitted after 8:00 pm. Gatherings or events beyond registered guests require prior approval. Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft, including all interior living spaces, the outdoor terrace, balconies, jacuzzi, firepit area, BBQ, and private parking. The loft is located within a gated complex with additional green areas and shared outdoor spaces within the property. These areas are accessible to guests unless otherwise indicated. Access is provided through a keyless entry system. Entry details and codes will be shared prior to arrival. Fernanda (Property Manager) and Kathia (Housekeeping Manager) are usually available on-site and happy to assist with any questions, recommendations, or support during your stay. The Alianz architecture office is located on the property, to the right of the main entrance, and operates regularly during business hours. Guests may occasionally see members of the office team on-site. We respect guest privacy at all times, while remaining available whenever assistance is needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful during weekdays, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, wedding events or other celebrations may take place at a nearby venue called Eventos Laureal, located approximately 200 feet (70 meters) from the loft. These events typically last up to 4–5 hours and may include music for about 3–4 hours. All music and group activities end no later than 8:00 PM, in compliance with the property’s quiet hours. On Saturdays or Sundays, a designated event venue called Eventos Laureal, located within the property approximately 70 meters from the loft, may host weddings or private events. These events are occasional and typically include up to four consecutive hours of music. To maintain a peaceful environment, all group activities must end by 8:00 pm, and loud music is not permitted after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the calm atmosphere of the property.
