Sono mamma di due figli meravigliosi e mio marito è nativo del posto, frequento Alghero da 25 anni e riconosco in questo luogo un valore unico: me ne sono innamorata da subito! Spero di ospitare persone che condividano la mia stessa passione per il mare, per l'arte e il buon cibo italiano!
Why they chose this property
Il centro storico è sicuramente la parte più suggestiva e caratteristica di Alghero, mantenendo da sempre le sue architetture antiche e arricchito da meravigliose botteghe di artigiani, in più confina direttamente con le spiaggie dalle acque più trasparenti della sardegna, proprio come quella che noi abbiamo a pochi passi da casa! E' un a piccola spiaggia di ciottoli frequentata soprattutto dai residenti algheresi ma accessibile a tutti, un vero squarcio di paradiso! Inoltre la nostra casa è ubicata a pochi metri i dal porto e dalla passeggiata del lungo mare algherese, dove la sera è valorizzata dai ristoranti tipici del posto, bar e locali pieni di luci!

Situata in un antico borgo nato come convento tra il XIV e il XVI secolo, conserva ancora oggi dettagli architettonici originali, come le imponenti volte in tufo, che donano fascino e autenticità. Nonostante all’esterno si respirino l’energia dei locali, dei ristoranti tipici e della movida estiva, all’interno regnano silenzio e comfort grazie alle spesse mura che isolano l’appartamento, trasformandolo in un’oasi di pace.
