* Building has onsite residential size gym, and TV / Bar room, for sport events, etc.

*Grand Mayan / Vidanta Golf Club is within walking distance. ( you have to call them or contact them direct for rates etc.

I DO NOT have any type of deals or membership access for it ). My recommendation is: to play somewhere else as it is better you get better price to play in the other nearby courses such as El Tigre, Flamingos, Litibu, Marina Vallarta or even Vista Courses.

Puerto Vallarta

We really enjoyed our stay. The ground level was great for the kids with easy access to the pool. Salvador met us personally and gave us a tour of the place before our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The condo is right by the pool, on the beach - wonderful area. Very quiet and relaxed, condo staff is attentive and friendly. This condo itself needs updated appliances, and a good deep clean. Condo manager was great to communicate with

Mexico get away

Accommodations were very spacious. Access to the swimming pool and beach was right off the patio. Wide variety of great restaurants was a 10 minute walk away. Had a great time.

Great time with family

Property owner met us at condo, speaks fluent English in Spanish. Very kind and accommodating. Property exactly as described. Easy and immediate pool and beach access. Convenient location on ground. Very clean, just put your food away to avoid ants.

Location!

Great location and very convenient. Ground floor made this place perfect for older guests. Steps to pool and beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The community at the condo was very friendly. Salvador met us at the property to answer all of our questions. The olny reason i dropped a star is because the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived. Some maintenance items were brought to Salvadors attention and he fixed them promptly. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with room for everyone and easy access to pool and beach. This is your place.The community in the condos

Great communication with Salvador prior to visit and he greeted us on arrival to walk through the condo. Great location, on the ground floor so you can walk directly out to the pool and beach/ocean. Comfortable three bedroom condo, everyone could have their own bathroom and control of the A/C. Very nice neighbors so it was enjoyable to talk with others at the pool.Walking distance to good restaurants and the OXXO (convenient store). Short drive into PV.One of the most relaxing, tranquil and lovely holidays we've had. Thank you Salvador, for having us! We will be back!

Amazing place, amazing view, can hear the crashing ocean waves all day and night and we wanted for nothing in the condo. The artwork will keep you looking around every time you walk into a room. Having the shortcut to the pool and beach from the patio was so convenient. Make sure you read the 'condo rules' as they were only in Spanish and we missed a couple key rules for around the pool. Having laundry is a must and it has a new washer/dryer. Owner met us and toured us around the quirky points to the lights/switches/AC, very nice gentleman. LIked that the AC works in 3 zones, so you don't all have to be at the same temp. Expect a bunch of Anole's to greet you as you sit on the patio, or a sudden iguana to come say hi as it climbs down a palm tree when you are at the pool.Town is safe, quaint and offers about 10 restaurants within walking distance, and a short uber elsewhere for groceries or more places to eat. Try Ernesto's Good Grub- the best place we ate at by far. Oxxo just a block away. Go for the small boat ride across the marina to the mall for more shops/groceries/breakfast. Guillermo (the boat operator) also does a 1.5 hr mangrove tour at 5pm - see crocs, iguanas and the fancy houses on the island in the marina. Close enough to nearby towns like PV and Bucerias so it doesn't seem like you are away all day before you can get back into the pool.

Perfect Location

This property has the perfect location. The complex is small with covered parking conveniently close to the door. It is very secure. The host was fantastic. He met us at the property and took care of any question or concern that we had. You can sit out on the beautiful patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. When you are ready to go you just walk out a little gate and you are there! The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our group of middle aged and elderly adults. I would stay at this property again.

SO WHEN WE GOT TO THE APARTMENT, THERE WERE TOWELS ON THE FLOOR ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM. LATER THAT AFTERNOON, THE MAID KNOCK ON THE DOOR ADVISING US THAT SHE HAD NOT FINISHED WASHING :/ THE KITCHEN IS VERY OUTDATED, AND THE APPLIANCES WERE VERY DIRTY. NOT TO MENTIONED THE DISHES, THEY WERE NOT CLEAN, WE HAD TO WASH PANS AND CUPS BEFORE USING THEM. THE ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THE CONDO IS THE LOCATION. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT. IT WAS THE BEST EVER! THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THERE IS A VERY SAFE TAXI BASE VERY NEAR BY AND VERY REASONABLE PRICES. THE CONDO COMPLEX WAS VERY SAFE, AND THE AREA ALSO VERY SAFE TO WALK DURING THE DAY OR NIGHT. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED IF YOU CAN OVERSEE THE DIRTY APPLIANCES AND THE OUTDATED KITCHEN.

La pasamos muy bien, un departamento que tienes todo a la mano. Comodidad, alberca, playa, diversión, tranquilidad básicamente, de verdad el condominio literalmente fue para nosotros. Mi familia y yo lo gozamos. Lo recomiendo mucho. La atención del propietario y personal del condominio, de primer nivel. Muy bonito el departamento. Gracias por estas geniales vacaciones, de verdad descansamos y nos divertimos.

Nuevo Vallarta Family Vacation

We stayed in the first floor unit with two adult couples and 3 young children (4, 3, 1 years old). In general, we had a great stay. By far, the best feature of the place was the easy access to the pool and beach. This is one of the very few ground level units that has a gate directly from the patio to the pool area. The latching system was not accessible by the kids so we didn't have to worry about them wondering off without us knowing. We spent nearly all of our time at the pool or on the beach and it was so nice being able to quick get anything from our condo quickly. The kitchen suited our needs as we cooked most of our food on this trip. We also opted to have our unit cleaned each day for a very reasonable price. Having a washer/dryer was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how non-Americanized this place is. We were one of maybe 2 or 3 U.S. families there and it felt more exotic when we had to use Spanish. One that note, very few staff members speak English so be prepared to use your Spanish skills. The employees here are amazing. Always cheerful and willing to help however they can. We felt very safe and left our patio doors wide open even when we were down at the beach. The pool is large, warm, and there is a great kids section that is about 2 feet deep. There were a few reasons I didn't give this place 5 stars: - There are huge art pieces on almost every wall (too much in my opinion). Some are quite strange and the one in the kids room was creepy. We had to take it off the wall because it was scaring the kids. - One of the patio doors did not lock. We felt safe enough, but being on the ground floor, it would have been good to be able to lock up at night. - The queen bed in the 3rd bedroom was super squeaky. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor to avoid the noise. - The toilet seat was missing from one toilet. It was replaced within a day, but we shouldn't have had to ask about this. We were also told we had to buy replacement toilet paper when it ran out. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this to others, especially for families or more low-key vacations. Salvador was responsive and easy to work with.

Our family vacatiion

My husband and I took the family to stay at the Sayil this year. We loved this home easy access to pool and once outdoors we were a few steps from the beach. We had 6 adults and the home was perfect for us. We will definitely be going back. Also the convenient stores, restaurants, etc were all within walking distance . Salvador was very accommodating!!

Lovely

Thanks for such a wonderful time at Sayil, it was much more of what we were expecting... The lovely view, the tranquility of the place and the sandy beach was absolutely fantastic for the kids that could be part of the miracle of life as they saw little baby turtles on their way to the sea, wow! Thank you Salvador for your kindness and make us feel at home we enjoyed every moment and for sure will come back soon...

Other golf courses are a short drive from here. It is the ultimate destination for families and guests that are looking for a quite surroundings, secure and friendly helpful staff

What makes this property unique

no elevators to take, no steps to take, my condo provides real beach front living like no other. It feels like a beach house. My property has a door at the terrace / patio that allows to walk in and out to the pool, making a super convinient location.
