Nice place. Very basic. Comfortable beds! Great host. Ample parking if you have aboat along with outside plugs. A tad tight on backing a boat in. Only complaint.

We have owned several vacation rentals in the past 20 years! We retired to Byrdstown, where we currently live, from Cincinnati OH. We love this quiet, laid back atmosphere here in Byrdstown.
The one local restaurant (Dixie Cafe) has live bluegrass/country music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Why they chose this property

Very quiet neighborhood, not much traffic. Great for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife that passes by, deer, armadillo, occasional bear, skunks, squirrels, and of course Eagles!
Neighbors going past on their 4 wheelers, golf carts, etc.
