You don't know exactly where your room will be located within the property but it really doesn't matter, it's such a great place to stay. The rooms are always as described. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Tahoe.

South Lake Tahoe is a beautiful place to vacation.

Accommodations were great. Property is centrally located. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, hiking, beaches and casinos are walkable. Many things to do and see.

Back to Tahoe!

We were very happy with the property and the room they gave us. Our preferences were accomodated and the staff is extremely responsive! All around wonderful stay, right in the middle of everthing but also quiet when you are in your room or the pool area.

Amazing resort … will DEFINITELY stay here again

Centrally located in the best part of the South Lake Tahoe strip. Very professional staff and excellent rooms & facilities. Even the valet service was easy and convenient using their app to order your car! If your looking for quality and convenience this is an excellent choice.

Lovely place

Very spacious, well appointed, and clean. The staff on site were extremely nice & helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Location can't be beat. Located in Heavenly Village with lots of shops & excellent restaurants. Quick walk to casinos. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We have 2 boys ages 12 and 9 and this was perfect. They loved the window seats, we loved having our own room and bathroom, and we all appreciated being so close to the gondola.
