Location was amazing. Walking to DTA and around Eastport was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and well as couch for relaxing and watching football on Thanksgiving weekend.

The location of this property is outstanding.I arrived at the 4:00pm check in. The condo was a mess. Dirty towels were on the floor. The beds were not made. Bathrooms were filthy. I contacted the owner immediately. She obviously had problems with her cleaning staff because the condo didn't get cleaned until 11:00pm. Our check in was delayed by 7 hours! I requested a compensation from the owner. She refused. I realize that things happen and problems arise, but this is the responsibility of the owner. The cleaners failed to do their job in a timely manner; the burden falls on the owner. Compensation is owed. If you're willing to take a risk with this property owner, don't expect to be treated fairly.
