Welcome to your shaded poolside oasis in The Woodlands, Texas. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by 100+ year old trees, plenty of shade, a private pool, and a quiet neighborhood. WorkCation? Stay connected, with a dedicated work space with monitors. Walk to parks, the basketball court, and scenic trails. Three coffee shops and all major stores are less than a mile away, with The Woodlands Mall just three miles from your door. Our home sits 25 minutes away from IAH and 30 minutes from downtown.

Dishwasher requires the switch by sink (of 3) all the way to the left to be on.
Pool is fully operational but the hot tub is not. If there are any accidents in the pool, I need to know. For night, pool light switch does work, the hot tub light doesn’t. The switch is on the wall.
The shower in the master bedroom has a pull/push mechanism on the very top to toggle between the two shower heads.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
