Welcome to Kingston Cottage, a timeless Mediterranean-inspired retreat in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize natural light and privacy, this home blends lush outdoor living with stylish interiors. The inviting courtyard, complete with a calming fountain, alfresco dining, and plush lounge seating, sets the tone for a truly relaxing coastal escape.

On the first floor, two serene master suites each feature private ensuite bathrooms with double vanities—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on this level for added convenience.

The second floor serves as the home’s main gathering space, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that feels both airy and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen offers island seating, while the adjacent dining table seats eight for memorable meals. Also on this floor is a comfortable queen bedroom and a full bathroom accessible from the living area.

Loved our time here!

The home was super clean and exactly as listing looks. We loved the location close to the tennis courts and only a few blocks from the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home with a perfect layout for families. We have a family of four but definitely room for more. The Kitchen was very nice and has all of the amenities. Short, pleasant walk to the beach and access to the Rosemary pools. Also very nice spaces outside. We loved our first time visit and hope to return next year! Thank you Cheryl for a wonderful experience!

An amazing and comfortable house that exceeded expectations

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was super clean. Very well decorated. The courtyard was amazing. In a good location as well. If I had to give a suggestion it would be to provide more basic amenities, especially shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels. Thanks for the amazing trip.

Wonderful home!

We were very pleased with this property. Cheryl the property manager is so delightful! Very prompt and answered all our questions and took care of anything we needed. Fabulous location

My kids rated this vacation 10/10. They loved that this house was walking distance from the “sky pool.” It rained several days while we were there and the sky pool is covered. The layout of the house worked well for our group. It’s basically two Masters with king beds on the entry level, along with a laundry room. Then upstairs one level is the kitchen, living room, and the queen bedroom. Then upstairs to the third level is a tiny loft area perfect for our you youngest. There is a small twin size bed and also a full bed. It also has a bathroom. I was surprised we were all able to shower off from the pool and not run out of hot water.
