Quiet Room For 2, Close To The Beach

Villa “St. George” is situated in the newest part of the town – Boudjaka, in a quiet area, not far away from the night life (1km) and the old part of Sozopol (2.2 km). Close to Bamboo beach (450 m), Harmani beach (800 m) and Kavatsi beach (1.5 km). Good supermarket with normal prices – 500 m.

*** The space
Our villa has:
+ Two double rooms on 2nd floor, double/twin beds, TV, air conditioner, fridge, private bathroom, balcony. No possibility for extra bed.
+ One bedroom apartment for 2 to 4 people, situated on the 3rd floor of the house. Double/twin beds in the bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Two air conditioners, private bathroom, fridge, microowen, party grill and cutlery for 4 person. Very limited possibility for cooking. Possibility for extra bed – paid additional fee leva per night.
+ The water heater 120l is common for the apartment and both rooms.
+ Free WiFi in all the house.
+ Electric kettle and iron upon request.
+ Laundry is paid – 5 leva.
+ If you need a transfer, we can discuss the possibilities and the price.

*** Guest access
The table in front of the house could be used from the guests for having a cigarette or coffee.

*** Interaction with guests
I'm living there, on the ground floor. You can ask me the things you need and I will try to do my best.

*** Other things to note
We have some rules, concerning the use of the air conditioners, bathrooms e.t.c, connected with the good care for the house.
