We have absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. It was so comfortable, clean, and a perfect location for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and was so beautiful. Our hosts were so kind and incredibly responsive. This is just the cutest and most comfortable rental we’ve stayed at. My family is already thinking about rebooking before the year ends.

The house is very close to downtown or anything that you would want to do in Tulsa. The house is so charming! Very clean and comfortable, and the hosts have thought of every detail to accommodate your stay, from firewood in the backyard fire pit to high end shampoo and body wash! We would stay again!

The interior of the home was well decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed all the special touches the home owners had for us as well.The neighborhood was not very desirable and we almost didn’t enter the home do to the neighbors down across the street. They we re in the front your yelling and arguing about something.Overall the interior of the home was well equipped and the owners were very friendly to work with.My only true complaint is the 120.00 cleaning fee. We barely used the home and I feel it should be on a slide chart of how much cleaning is necessary for future guests.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the neighbors during your arrival. While we do have exterior security cameras in place for our guests’ safety and peace of mind, we unfortunately don’t have control over others in the neighborhood. That said, the area is typically very quiet and safe, and this is not something we commonly hear from guests. In regard to the cleaning fee, this is a standard, flat rate that ensures the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared to the same high standard for every guest, regardless of length of stay. With a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, it does take a significant amount of time and care to properly clean and reset the space. We also aim to keep our nightly rate competitive and below market value to provide the best overall value. We do appreciate your honest feedback and thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

From the second we stepped inside I knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The house was so cozy and inviting (and it smelled amazing). We enjoyed all the house had to offer and how close it was to downtown. The host go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If we are ever in the Tulsa area again I will definitely be booking here again.
