Amazing views of all of Hershey in this great Penthouse apartment. Featuring 2 bedrooms overlooking the park and a large living room and kitchen, you will be pleased on your Hershey vacation. One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant located on the first floor of the building Convenient to all Hershey attractions and right in the center of the Downtown scene, it does not get any better than this. Plenty of amenities included as well as a helpful staff that can help you plan your week for the most fun.

I definitely recommend staying here! SUPER convenient location and the restaurant downstairs has great food and a super friendly and kind staff! We would uber to Hershey to save on their parking and enjoyed walking around in the morning and night to different restaurants. Loved the touch of the wine bottle and Hershey bar from the hosts as well! Great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Hershey! Check in was great, contact-less, and everything was clean and the air conditioning was left on for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The hosts were wonderful as well, with great communication. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if in the area!

Though the apartment is dated, it has character and history you can appreciate. The restaurant downstairs is super convenient and accommodating. The proximity to Hershey park was absolutely amazing. We were literally 5-10 min away which made it easier to come back to shower, change and get a bite to eat before heading back to the theme park for more fun and rides after the water park.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful and centrally located! I would liked to advise to the host to update your photos; your listing does not do the location justice! The only “issue” we had was finding the entrance. But that may be my error than anything. There was a patron that helped me with that! This was a perfect alternative to a hotel where we would have had to get 2 rooms. We will look into this location again in the future!

A great location! Walking distance from great restaurants on Chocolate Ave, and upstairs from an outstanding italian restaurant. We learned quickly to not waste money parking at Hershey Park, but instead took 8 Lyfts to Hershey's Chocolate World and saved ourselves 40 a day.The beds are comfortable, and the in-window AC in each room did a good job handling the summer heat. The layout of the apartment worked well for our family, with a large room with bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen is functional and spacious, the living room was comfortable too. The bathroom is tight, but the water pressure is great for the shower.Our only notes, we stayed on the third floor, and the stairs to walk up are quite narrow. If doing it again, I might pick the 2nd floor instead. Also, our allergies were kicking in when we spent time in the apartment, I'd suggest they add an air purifier to deal with dander or dust.

This worked great for our families' needs. GREAT location. 8 mins to park & everything else here is in walking distance. Starbucks acrossed the street. Just not sure I would call this a "penthouse" and it is located on the 3rd floor above a restaurant. It's an old building so the space is old but it was in good condition. It's nice that there is a space for the kids and a separate space for the adults. It worked out for us as our plan was to be in and out often. Awesome communication and it was a quiet stay.

The apartment is centrally located in Hershey with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Property was very quiet and check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

This place is outstanding. The listing has a 9.8 rating, so i wasn't really surprised, but I was very pleased! 1. It's SO CLEAN. It's clearly not a brand new or even recently-renovated property, but everything was extremely clean. 2. Comfortable and roomy. Plenty of room in the two bedrooms, a living room and a large kitchen space. Beds are memory foam, and I'm picky but found them comfortable! AC was on when we arrived, and the place was nice and cool. 3. Amenities are perfect. Thank you for not making me bring basic things like handsoap and paper towels like some VRBOs. It makes a vacation so much nicer. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets and clean crisp towels. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for a small family to spend a few days. 4. Location, location, location. Man. This location was amazing. Restaurants, brewery, excellent market a 5 min walk, museum across the street, easy parking, quick drive to the park/Hershey World. I could go on and on. I hope the host will consider putting a few hooks or a hand-towel holder in the bathroom, but that's the only constructive criticism i really have to offer. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Perfect location!

We had such a pleasant stay here, Not only was it the perfect location within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, there were cute little touches like Hershey candies and a bottle of wine left on the table. Very thoughtful, we will be returning!
