Escape to an enchanting 2-bedroom cottage in Ira - just 40 minutes outside of the heart of downtown Detroit. This lovely retreat features 1 queen bed on the main floor and 2 twin beds in an upstairs loft with views of the Lake, perfect for a cozy getaway. With amenities like a firepit, charcoal grill, boardgames, heating, and window AC units, guests can relax in comfort. Unwind by the water and take in the sights and sounds of beautiful Lake St. Clair. Our 300 ft lot offers an unobstructed view of the Lake and you can even see the Detroit skyline in the distance on a clear day. Our home is perfect for fishermen looking to catch a variety of fish off the seawall depending on the season. Book now and enjoy everything this cottage has to offer! Please note our boat lift is currently out of commission. The Fair Haven DNR Boat Launch is very easily accessible and a 1 minute drive from the property. Our driveway has ample space for most boats and trailers.
