Great stay!

These little Casitas are great! Great price point, they have everything you need to cook small simple meals, comfortable bed and good location to lots of hiking spots in Tucson! We would definitely stay again. Also super nice that they’re pet friendly!

Great spot for cyclists

Wanted to base out of a place that was close to all the great riding the east side of Tucson offers. This spot was perfect for that. Easy ride over to Mt Lemmon and Reddington and The National Park. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Repeat Visit

This is our fourth time using Horsey Ranch in Tucson, and it was equally as good this year as in past. Eight of us stayed for the weekend thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space, kitchen equipment, large screen, TVs, and easy to get to Tucson location. Also love being on the Riverwalk. Will be coming again next year.

Charming Ranch Casita

My husband and I stayed in casita C at the ranch for a long weekend visiting our son at U of A University. Cabin C is perfect for a snug romantic getaway or for a week of relaxation. The metal artwork around the ranch was beautiful and the shared yard had a beautiful grilling area with a barbecue, hot tub and chairs.

Nice quiet location with walking path near by and shopping close by. There is a pet tortoise with its own pen. The stay was good but hot water was not available for two mornings other than that the bed was great for us and the TV and internet was great as well

Beautiful and Huge!!

Owners are extremely helpful, and responded to any questions promptly. Casita and grounds were clean. The best was the location! Less than 10 minute drive to Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, and about 100 yards walk to the City trail overlooking Tangue Verde Wash. Highly recommend!

The rental was situated in a perfect area. It was clean and had a beautiful outdoor seating area. There is a nice walking path behind it along a river/wash area. It was small and would not have been comfortable if the weather would have kept us inside. The contact person was attentive and helpful.

Needs a refresh- quiet setting with nice courtyard

We enjoyed the quiet setting, especially because we were traveling with a dog. The unit was tired and dated. We were most disappointed with cheap bed linens. I bought a set of sheets from Target to make the stay more comfortable.

Not Fancy in the Foothills

The host was very responsive however did not come by and offer a tour of the location. We have never stayed in a casita before and didn’t know what to expect. This is not the type of accommodations we are accustomed to as we are used to amenities such as a dishwasher and quality towels. The photos do not accurately reflect how small the place is and I was not comfortable with cloth furniture during Covid. Also, the way the bathroom is laid out right next to the bed is not conducive. Finally, the note implying that one would steal items from the site was off putting. Not our style. We will not come back here.
