This bait and switch deserves attention

The complaint(s) will be listed in a more formal manner. But suffice it to say I was taken advantage of with this listing in a few ways. I was literally shaken down for cash, with the threat of no electrical if I didn't pay up. Absolutely abominable that I had to go through this process to stay and double pay for utilities there.
