This is a beautiful Cottage that has been professionally renovated for the 2018 season! You have no shared walls, your own private entrance and everything is yours to use from the work station, 55inch 4k tv, washer and dryer, built-in library, incredibly large marble with glass subway tile shower and a great kitchen setup for cooking everything you can desire there is even a small fenced yard and absolutely no shared spaces for anything with this home.


Everything within the cottage is yours to use.

Needs a lot of repairs and maintenance, both outside and inside. Website pictures definitely better than actual place. No hot water and shower attachment falling off the wall. Checked out 1 day early due to the fact that all water was shut off. Did receive a full refund however so kudos to the property manager for that.

The property location is great being close to downtown. The issues we had were that the floors are not level and took awhile to adjust to that. There was no place to put luggage. It would be very easy to add two luggage racks to the bedroom vs. the top of the washer/dryer and kitchen table! Closet space is very small so we operated from our suitcases.

Was great for our visit with family, would have liked to have a grill, dishwasher and a way to divide the sofa from the bed area, as my hubby is a night owl. A lamp over the desk area would make it perfect for work, as the area is a bit dark.

Overall it’s a cute place that is in walkable distance to down town area. I think it could use some deep cleaning though as the baseboards and floors are dirty. The a/c unit works really well but doesn’t reach in the back bedroom so you may need to open a window at night to help cool down. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s not good air flow but it smells a bit muggy especially after running the shower. Very quiet neighborhood which was a plus and loved how we could walk to down town.

Lovely outdoor, private sitting area; nice windows and comfortable arrangements. Surrounded by trees and felt private, also safe. We arrived after a 2 day travel & was looking forward to some relaxing down time before our appointment the next morning, But the cottage was old & musty, which gave me a headache. The Bathroom is off the kitchen, not the bedroom.There was not an outside light that worked.The cabinet for the clothes was too short in depth to even hang shirts & there was not another option to hang clothes.We were not familiar with the lock system & tried multiple times to 3 different numbers to see how to lock up when we left & did not get a response til the next morning. So the first day, it was not locked.There is only street parking with a shared backyard.The neighborhood was not a quiet neighborhood, at least while we were there for 3 nights.

Great location, perfect size

Location was perfect to walk to our morning coffee shop and stroll CDA shops. We had everything we needed including the best fluffy towels and a washer/dryer! Great place for couples get away.

Perfect Private Little Spot

This is the perfect little place to stay when visiting CDA. It's right by Jimmy's Down the Street and has all the amenities to feel like a home away from home. I enjoyed spending my evenings here, there was plenty of privacy and parking. I will stay here again if the need arises!

The play was nice, its about a mile from the CDA resort. we walked downtown and back. The neighborhood was nice and close to everything. perfect little overnight place to stay.

CDA Cottage Close to Downtown

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Jake did a great job decorating. It was a cool mix of steam punk & modern decor and the shower is to die for. It was handy having the washer/dryer as we had been on the road for over a week. It’s about a 5 block walk into downtown Coeur d’Alene.
