Picture Perfect Paradise Valley Condo
Welcome to fabulous Marbeya! A quiet and quaint little subdivision nestled into amazing Paradise Valley! This beautiful second floor unit is the most desired in the subdivision. With only one shared wall, mountain views out of every window, tasteful updates, and overlooking the pool you will instantly feel like your on vacation and be able to relax!
Upon arriving enter into a spacious family and dining room with soaring vaulted ceilings, wood look tile, and a contemporary design to make you feel at home. The family room has a private entrance to the patio and a feature wall with fireplace. 60 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube TV waiting to be streamed through a 5 speaker surround sound system.
The master retreat is just off the living room and has its own patio door. A comfy King Size bed will greet you and there is another smart TV for relaxing. The master bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo along with walk in closet and his and her sinks.
The patio is a great place for morning coffee and evening meals. It is complete with full size washer and dryer concealed in a closet.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed for family or guests. The guest bathroom has another tub/shower combo and is complete with linen closet.
The Kitchen will not disappoint either. Whether its cooking for friends, baking a pizza, or brewing a pot of coffee everything is in place.
This is the perfect desert retreat for your group or family. Gated pool area includes heated spa along with bathrooms, barbeques, and a common dining area. The pool is heated as well so winter visitors can enjoy it all day long!
Location is 15 minutes to practically everything (sky harbor airport, fashion square mall, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge just to name a few). Don't want to drive anywhere? No problem! You can literally walk to Health clubs, groceries, amazing dining, and convenient stores in 10 minutes or less.
If you like to golf the closest courses are Orange Tree, Stone Creek, Camelback, and Starfire. They are all between 5 and 10 minutes away.
The best hiking in the valley is also only a 10 minute drive with both Camelback trails and Piestewa Peak being the closest.
Finally if you enjoy a morning or evening bike ride, walk, or jog you literally cannot pick a better spot. Adjacent to the condo is a quiet street with walking and bike paths that go on for miles and have excellent views of mountains and some of the nicest million dollar plus homes in the valley!
